Michael J. O’Neil is President and co-founder of Green Leaf Partners. Mike manages the acquisitions process where he focuses on locating and securing multifamily assets. Mike brings over 28 years experience in commercial and multifamily development and construction with a proven track record of negotiating and closing complex, sensitive transactions with multiple partners. Prior to his current position with Green Leaf Partners, Mike was an acquisitions consultant with RCMG. He was also a Partner/Vice President of Acquisitions with Legacy Partners where he managed new development in excess of $350M across the Western United States as well as significant involvement in over $2B in real estate acquisitions. Prior to his time with Legacy Partners, Mike successfully founded and oversaw the growth of a forty five employee residential construction firm that built houses throughout Northern California.
Thomas A. Hall
Thomas A. Hall is the CFO and co-founder of Green Leaf Partners. Tom leads the firms finance operations and has primary responsibility for approving and managing its investments on behalf of its lenders and investors. Prior to forming Green Leaf Tom worked for a Northern California based regional accounting firm where he oversaw the firm’s commercial real estate division. Tom has selected and managed over 300M in real estate assets and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California.
Farrokh Billimoria is Managing Partner and Co-founder of Green Leaf Capital Partners (an affiliate of Green Leaf Partners Management), he is responsible for investment evaluation and real estate sourcing, screening, valuation analysis, negotiation and execution. Prior to Green Leaf, Farrokh founded Mynt Capital, an investment fund focused on residential real estate. He developed the investment strategy for the Mynt and was responsible for identifying distressed investment opportunities. Additionally, he coordinated and managed the team responsible for the remodeling process, as necessary.
Cathy is the Controller at Green Leaf Partners, and is responsible for the overall accounting operations and financial reporting for the firm. Cathy earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance in 1985 and worked for Diebold, Inc. as a Financial Analyst for 10 years. Prior to joining Green Leaf Partners, she owned a Bookkeeping and Consulting firm and worked with a variety of clients and industries, including non-profit organizations, law practices,small businesses and CPA firms.
Crystal Marcus is the Regional Manager for Green Leaf Partners. She is responsible for assisting our managers in day to day operations, including marketing, reporting, budgeting as well as employee and resident relations. She also helps with due diligence and on-boarding of new communities and training for new associates. Crystal has worked in property management for 8 years and brings experience from Dinerstein Companies, Sequoia Equities, Pinnacle, and Woodmont Real Estate Services.
Linda Oliver is the Asset Manager for Green Leaf Partners. She is responsible for creating and overseeing customized asset management strategies for investment properties owned by the firm. Linda holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Arizona and is a Certified Property Manager. She has 20 years of industry experience working for large Real Estate Investment Trusts, including, Archstone- Smith, BRE and most recently Equity Residential. Linda has been successful in managing all facets of property management.
Theresa Loehr, Executive Assistant, has been with Green Leaf Partners since 2013. Theresa assists in the daily operations of Green Leaf including dispositions and acquisitions.
David C. Burrill
David C. Burrill is Corporate Construction Manager for Green Leaf Partners. Dave manages new building construction and energy retrofits with a focus on sustainable building and energy efficiency. Dave brings over 20 years of experience in strategic consulting, helping businesses to navigate the rapidly evolving green technology landscape. He began his career with the media ratings firm Arbitron Ratings Company, where he elevated himself to Western Division Sales Manager. From there Dave was recruited to open the western United States for Americom Radio Brokers in Washington, DC which closed over $1.5B in media transactions during his tenure.
