Connie Smith is the Employee Relations Manager at Green Leaf Partners. She joined us in 2011, and has 16 years of industry experience working for AIMCO in the Phoenix, AZ area as a Certified Apartment Manager for 8 years. Prior to that, she spent 15 years as a Federal Employee in Computer Forwarding. Connie is responsible for hiring, setting up training, managing the day to day duties of employees, providing leadership, direction, operational, and employee relations at Green Leaf.
